Exceptional graduated angel skin coral bead necklace with a 14K yellow and white gold art deco clasp. The size and quality of these beads suggest to me they are Mediterranean from the mid-20th century. They have a gorgeous pale blush color with a few small dots of darker color here and there. The clasp has a 3-D bow shape, composed of flat panels all around, alternating in yellow gold and white gold.

The necklace is 21 and 1/2 inches long, and it weighs 87.0 grams. The largest bead in the front is 15mm in diameter, and the smallest on the ends are 10mm in diameter. The clasp is about 1/2 inches by 1/4 inches..

Marked on the clasp with "585" and the letters "AA" in a diamond shape.

Very good condition. A few of the beads show natural imperfections that you would expect in natural coral.
