This combination would look lovely on a 15" Rohmer, Barrois or similar fashion or china. I am not sure if the top is a blouse or a jacket and it could be worn as either as it has a wide finished hem that when not tucked in will have that Enfantine mode look. Here I show it on our model as a blouse. Look at the fine decorative work on collar, cuff and bodice! It is paired with an early hand sewn cotton burgundy and cream floral print skirt, tightly gathered into the waist and with a wide tuck near hem. Measurements: Skirt 9" waist to hem, 6 1/2" waist. Blouse 5 1/2" shoulder to hem, 4" shoulder seam to shoulder seam, 3" under sleeve, 2" cuff opening, 12" around hem. Ribbon at neck is easily changed, I have also used a blue bow with streamers and that looks fine. Also nice when worn as an jacket and is an early and very nice item.
