This is a lamp by the Rembrandt Lamp Company and dates from the late 1910's-1920's. It features some of the interesting imagery that Rembrandt was known for during this time period, in the form of a two sided genie head biting a circular snake like form. The ribbed stem of the lamp matches the ribbed, period cased green lamp shade, sometimes referred to as a "bear claw" shade. The lamp is signed on the bottom of the base. It measures 8"H and 9" in width with the shade in place.
