This beautiful Heisey footed plate or dish presents a cut pattern on the Lariat blank. The lovely pattern is bottom cut and I think is best described as wheat like. I have been unable to find another piece with this difficult to find pattern and cannot specifically identify its name or number. The foot is smooth ground.
The dish is made by A. H. Heisey & Company, probably between 1942 and 1957. It is marked with the Heisey "H" in a diamond.
It measures 7 1/2" in diameter (or 8 1/4" to outer points of the `loops') and stands 1 1/8" tall. Condition is excellent with one 1/4" scratch.
A lovely piece of old American elegant glass.
