This rustic console originally served as a work table, as seen in the many gouges and scratches in the top that deepen its character along with old worm holes, cracks and the age related separation of planks. The traditional splay legs and iron bolts in one side edge of the top add to its primitive appeal as well. Please examine the close up photos to appreciate the aged distress. The table has been restored and waxed so is ready for use as a console table.
