Hiroko Koshino Japanese Fans in Box with Display Stand
Here is a lovely set of four hand painted Japanese fans in a box with wooden display stand by the famous Japanese fashion designer Hiroko Koshino. There is also a page with sketches of fans and notes in Japanese characters.
Three of the fans are in unopened plastic bags. They are decorated with flowers. The other fan is decorated with a geisha girl with a parasol.
Each fan measures 15 ½” from top of fan to tip of handle.
The box is 14” x 18”. It has her name printed on it with an image of a lady’s face behind a fan.
I believe these are vintage 1980’s.
