This is a lovely doll by Simon & Halbig. The head is perfect with open mouth and teeth. She has feathered eye brows, blue glass sleep eyes and painted upper and lower eye lashes. She has her original mohair bobbed wig and big silk ribbon bow. She is marked on the back of her head: 1079 HALBIG S & H GERMANY 0.Her head is on a 5 piece composition body that is in excellent condition. She has molded socks and shoes that are perfect, no wear. Her striking is original and is a little loose but not bad enough to re-string. Her clothing is factory made: a cotton dress and pants combo and a tan felt coat with original silk buttons. She is 9" tall and ready for display, nice addition to any doll collection.
