The Accessocraft company made this nice WWII era patriotic pin for Kay Dunhill (tradename for a ladies dress manufacturer). It is made of gold-tone metal of a good weight, decorated in the form of an eagle, wings outstretched, under a star, over red, white and blue enameled bunting. The plaque at the bottom reads "E Pluribus Unum" or "Out of many, one", the traditionally recognized motto of the United States of America.
Lovely, wearable, vintage condition, with excellent enamel decoration on front surfaces. Doesn't appear to have seen much wear, if any. Reverse surface looks good, but could benefit from some attention with a polishing cloth, which I'll leave up to the new owner as some people prefer to keep original patina. Locking C safety clasp, measures 1 1/4" long and 1 3/4" wide.
