Anchor Hocking Glass Company green Depression glass cone shaped footed tumbler or iced tea glass in the Cameo pattern. This pattern is also called Ballerina by collectors. Hocking made this pattern from 1930 - 1934.
Size: 5 3/4 inches tall. This is one of two larger sized footed tumblers not as easy to find as are the smaller sizes. Any tumblers are difficult to find in pristine condition due to the thinner glass walls of these shapes. Condition: Excellent. No chips, cracks, flakes or 'flea-bites.'
Due to the chemistry of the glass formula used to make this glassware it fluoresces under black-light, as shown. When many pieces of a set are lit up in this way in a showcase or china cabinet it can make for a dramatic display .
