Erickson American hand crafted art glass vase in a sleek Mid-century modern design of teal green and deep blue streaks of color on thick, clear, colorless glass. Pyramidal shape that is 4 inches tall, 4 inches across at the bottom and 1 1/2 inches across the top with a 1 inch opening. Has a few small bubbles here and there and a well polished base. Vase is in overall very nice condition with only some expected light wear attesting to age, such as a few insignificant scuffs and small scratches. Some minuscule flaking at the edge of the base possibly done when it was polished at production (see pictures). Not signed, no paper label remaining, but a recognized Erickson design.
Most items made at the Erickson Glassworks, Bremen, Ohio were personally designed by Carl Erickson. The company was in business only from 1943 to 1961.
