Antique Sterling Tip Top House Estate Souvenir Spoon
This gorgeous antique Victorian or Edwardian era travel souvenir spoon is made of sterling silver. The handle reads TIP TOP HOUSE 1853 - MOUNT WASHINGTON. Tip Top House was built in 1853 in Mt. Washington State Park in Sargent's Purchase, New Hampshire. The spoon is a demitasse size and measures about 3 15/16" long by slightly over 13/16" across the bowl. The weight is about 9.5 grams. It is engraved or monogrammed on the back of the handle with the fancy initial E with an arrow going through it. Signed with a maker's mark that is unfamiliar to me and also marked STERLING. Good antique condition and we haven't polished it. You will love this!!!
