Antique Gorham Sterling Oval Estate Napkin Ring
This gorgeous Edwardian era napkin ring holder is made of sterling silver with an open initial D on the front. There are nice engraved details on the sides of the D. The back is monogrammed with the fancy initials LWD. It measures about 7/8" wide at the open D design and about 5/8" wide the rest of the way around. The opening measures about 2 3/8" by 11/16". It is signed with the hallmarks of a right facing lion, an anchor and a fancy letter G which is the mark for GORHAM and is also numbered 2116B and has the dagger shaped date mark for the year 1915. Good antique condition and we have not polished it. There are some dark spots on the sterling as shown, which you can choose to polish or not. This will add a gorgeous touch of elegance to your table. You will treasure this!!!
