USA BUYERS: Sales tax will be collected from buyers in most states. Ruby Lane now handles the sales tax, and we are no longer able to remove it for anyone who has a resale number. If you are a re-seller, you can contact Ruby Lane for instructions on submitting your resale number, or you should be able to claim the taxes you have paid when you file to pay the sales tax you've collected from your own buyers. Most states now require sales tax. The rates will vary by state and district.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: For International transactions, we only accept PayPal. Customs duties and any import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Also remember that we ship your items in a timely matter, but sometimes packages will get held up in customs, and we have no control over that. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your package to arrive... it may be even longer during the holidays. If you are making a return, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping. We are happy to answer any questions about our items to help you decide if it is right for you and ensure a great transaction for everyone!

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: For combined INTERNATIONAL sales, if the total is over $100.00, we require the package to be sent via USPS Priority mail which can be tracked and insured.
