Antique Sterling MARQUETTE Carnation Spoon - Souvenir of Michigan
This gorgeous antique American Edwardian era spoon is made of sterling silver. It has a beautiful openwork design on the handle that looks like carnation flowers. The pattern is circa 1910 and is called No. 130. The bowl has is engraved MARQUETTE MICH. The back of the handle is monogrammed with a fancy initial, could be a B H or K. The spoon is a teaspoon size and measures about 6" long by 1 1/16" across the bowl. Signed with the mark of R. WALLACE & SONS which is the initials RW&S with a deer head between and also marked STERLING. The weight is about 20.5 grams. Good antique condition with light age appropriate wear. We haven't polished this. You will treasure this!!!
