Gorgeous PINEAPPLE Antique Sterling Estate Souvenir Spoon
This gorgeous Edwardian era antique spoon is made of sterling silver and has a pineapple design on both the front and the back of the handle. Probably a souvenir of Hawaii. The inside of the bowl is engraved with the name BETH and the back of the bowl is engraved with the year 1906. The spoon measures about 4" long by about 13/16" across the bowl. The weight is about 10.9 grams. Signed with a maker's mark of the initial H inside a pennant which according to what I've read is the mark of Mechanics Sterling Co. which was a subsidiary of Watson & Newell Co. and also marked STERLING. Very good antique condition with light age appropriate wear. You will treasure this!!!
