Antique Sterling Liberty Bell Estate Spoon - Souvenir of Philadelphia Pennsylvania - Hamilton & Diesinger Signed
This gorgeous Victorian or Edwardian era spoon is made of sterling silver. The bowl has a beautiful pointed shape - possibly to be used as a grapefruit spoon. The handle has an elaborate scroll design with the Liberty Bell and reads Philadelphia. The spoon is about a teaspoon size measures about 5 5/8" long by 1" across the bowl. Signed with the superimposed initials HD which according to what I've read is the mark of Hamilton & Diesinger and also marked STERLING. The weight is about 23.4 grams. Good antique condition with light age wear. You will treasure this!!!
