Antique Condiment Holder with the Sterling Salt & Pepper made in Canada or England by H.M. a Canadian Company who also imported silver from England in 1826 by the two marks on salt & pepper..that are H.M. in one rectangle & then a lion paisant & a 'b' and a head & then an anchor.. says research on the Internet (A.R.) the sterling lids are perfect... The engraved tray is 'EPGS -AI; 130 Regent Street, London". Three compartment are fluted crystal or glass, obviously hand done on s & p.... with tiny chips at base restored ...Measures 5" X 5" x 3 1/2" .. rests on 3 perfectly intact round feet. very charming.. I think the tray is circa 1880's for no country stated...just 'London'.
