This delicate belt buckle is signed on the back CZECHOSLOVAKIA 81. It measures 2-3/8" x 1-3/8". One of the bars on the back looks like it may have been repaired because it is slightly leaning and has a dark spot of solder while the other solder looks gold. See photos. We have not photographed it open because the latch is tight. We don't want to force it or pry it up a bit. The stones are prong-set. There is a bit of darkness on the front side. The design on the front looks Art Deco - intricate and with lovely texture. It is a great piece of jewelry if not used as a buckle.
