This is a Small Stamp Cover with a 3 Cent Stamp from Bridge MS. 1861.
The Cover in the back has an embossed Union Shield Stamp, and the letter
that comes with it has a Union Flag embossed on the stationary. On the flag
it says Union Forever. Letter written Sept. 17, 1861
