Perfect for making that bold design statement in a foyer or small room in a size that lends itself to many applications. Rich vegetable dyed wools of red, black, tan and white are hand-woven into intricate geometric patterns giving this fine wool very shallow weave (though probably technically not a flat-weave Kilim)floor covering a definite "tribal" as opposed to "city" look.
This rug is not very old and has no discernable wear or damage. Even the white fringes are perfect. It could even be used as a wall hanging if you just wanted to add a splash of color to a drab room. The first six pictures are the front side and the last three the back. Note the fine knotwork and condition.
