Here is a very nice and a harder to find 1939 NY Worlds Fair souvenir pin to add to your collection. It is being offered here for the first time by us. SyrocoWood was made to look like wood, made by compressing wood pulp, and fillers. It was made by the Syracuse Ornamental Company, or Syroco for short. It was compressed, varnished, and hand painted. The two darker spots on the back edges are not chips but added pieces done in the process. This pin is in excellent condition, and measures 1-11/16" across the middle, by 1-3/16" in height, at its center point. It is stamped on the back metal attachment, C within a circle (copyright) N.Y.W.F. LIC. 1625. Don't miss out on adding this great piece of 1939 NY Worlds Fair history to your collection. We attempt to be as accurate as possible with our descriptions, so there are no surprises to the lucky buyer. Our photos should tell you just about all of the rest. Please email us with any questions or concerns that you may have. You will be answered in a timely manner. If asking on or near the weekend, give us a little more time to respond, as we may be away on business.
