Here is a very nice WWI US Army 2nd division, victory medal to add to your collection. During WWI The 2nd division held the distinction of being the only division formed on foreign soil, and the only time in US Army history of having been led by a US Marine Corps General. The Indianhead Division was composed of one brigade of U.S. Infantry, one brigade of U.S. Marines, an artillery brigade, and various supporting units. During its time in France it received several awards for its actions. This medal is in excellent for its age, without any signs of fading to its ribbon, both front and back. These WWI 2nd division victory medals don't come along very often, and are very desirable. So don't miss out on adding this piece of WWI US military history to your collection. Our photos should tell you just about all of the rest. Please email us with any questions or concerns that you may have. You will be answered in a timely manner. If asking on or near the weekend, give us a little more time to respond, as we may be away on business.
