This stunning continental mantle clock dates from the Art Deco period. It is designed with polished veined rouge & white marble panels that are accented with dore' bronze trim decorated with vines roses. The rectangular clock face is signed "Comptoir General Schnerb, Paris, Bd Poissoniere". The gold clock face with black Arabic numerals is enclosed behind a glass bronze framed door. The clock has a key wind movement, a pendulum & key. The bell is missing. This beautiful Art Deco time piece is not working & will require at least a service to keep time.
