This, circa early 20th century, unique continental silver plate casket box conceals an assortment of colorful poker chips in a wooden frame cradle. The vintage gambling item is elaborately designed with raised classical accents around the body of the footed box. Additionally, the casket has an attached handle for portability. The under surface of the box features impressed hallmarks. The unit is in excellent condition save an area beneath the cradle where there is discoloration & wear.
