A whimsical depiction of a pudgy jester holding a baton is the focal point of this unique vintage French or Austrian inkwell. Rendered by the sculptor in great detail, this bronze has a rich chocolate patina. Tilting the upper aspect of the piece reveals the glass inkwell. Stamped on the sole of his foot is the foundry displayed by a bumble bee with the connecting initials AK.
