Hugging Kewpie Doll Figurines

Here is an adorable antique pair of Kewpie figures hugging. This figurine is 2 inches tall. The pair is nicely painted. One is nude and has silver shoes painted on. The other has a black outfit painted on it. The paint of the silver shoes and black outfit have worn off of the Kewpies with age. Their faces are so sweet and have matching features, I like to think they're a little set of twins! This figurine is unmarked but has no signs of cracking or damage aside from the paint wearing off due to age.
