This room box is really charming, but it needs some TLC... there are glass windows that open up, but one window has the side of the push out window missing. This has the old Wall Paper and flooring, so yest it has wear but it is just charming and with a little TLC... this could be wonderful. There are two rooms one is 19 1/2" wide and the other room is 14" Wide. THe house is 37 1/2" long and 15 1/2" Wide and 14 1/2" Tall. This is so sweet, do you know how many dolls have called this place home?? I love the look, but if you shy away from wear, this is not for you...there is some minor attention it will need, but it is a wonderful place and I promise your dolls will love living here.
