This dress is a nice and aged white cotton fabric with black stripes and black velvet cuffs. The dress was likely sewn onto a doll, but has since been cut off. The back would likely need to be pinned, but is otherwise so cute! The dress measures 12'' long by 3'' across and the neckline is 1 6/8'' across and the sleeve is 4'' from the shoulder to the wrist.
