3 3/4" Antique Frozen Charlie Doll

This is an antique frozen Charlie doll. She has black hair, blue eyes, rosy cheeks, and gold shoes. It is in good condition, but there is some loss of paint, a small chip on the left foot, and the right arm is slightly shorter than the left. There are no markings.
