There's something so enticing about the hunt for the elusive accessories that were once plentiful at the Parisian boutiques and ateliers that thrived along the Rue de Rivoli, Boulevard des Capucines and so many other magical streets and alleys of Paris. I was fortunate to adventure along these revered pathways over the past few years and made a few lovely discoveries. These supreme gloves are documented, as seen above, in the pages of our revered and well-researched books and encyclopedias. They hearken back to an era when every last detail was looked after, including the tiny buttons and extra decoration that makes these particular gloves so very desirable and rarer to locate. Alas, the harder to find the more gold one must exchange! These beautiful and supple green leather gloves with creme trim are highly sought-after and add a lovely bright spot to a well-appointed trousseau.
