This vintage coral necklace with freshwater pearls is an Art Deco Style necklace, perfect for a flapper outfit. The necklace was made in the late 1970's or early 1980"s.
Wrapped twice around the neck the coral necklace will make a bright and happy accessory to any casual outfit. The coral carved beads have a vivid natural pink color, un dyed. The lustrous freshwater pearls space nicely the coral and bring shine to the very feminine necklace. The clasp is Gold Filled, ornate with a large oval cabochon angel skin coral piece.
The coral beads graduate in size from back of the neck at 8 mm x 5 mm to the front at 12 mm x 10 mm. There are 44 carved coral beads, all nice and heavy, with very few naturals flaws. Very good quality coral of this kind.
Length of the necklace is 35.5”.
This is a very good quality necklace, hard to find, easy to wear in many happy occasions.
