I particularly love this piece. It is so fashion-forward. The necklace shows all the signs of being constructed in the 1930's. And yet, envious admirers will ask "who is the designer and where do I get one"? I didn't want to call the colour just a simple "green" - the pictures are fairly accurate (assuming your monitor is calibrated like mine!) The "aged green" coloured discs and brass rings are attached to the chain with design-conscious oversized rings. The taut 14 1/2" circular length of this necklace is ingeniously harmonious with the necklace's theme, the final touch to this geometric work of art. Discs and rings measure just over 1/2". I am not a plastics expert, so I haven't tried to test the plastic's composition, but the discs are thin, clean not scratched, light weight, seamless and make "clicking noises" (mostly due to their thinness). Thumb spring closure. Unsigned. This piece will not disappoint.
Condition: Very fine vintage condition with age appropriate patina (no verdigris). One attaching ring missing from a plastic disc - each disc has two holes. (missing ring - see closeup of photo 3).
