Paris street scene in France, dated 1928, signed and numbered 3/100 etching by American artist Minna weiss Zellner(1889 -1982), who was active in Pensylvania and Connecticut. The measurements are 7" by 4" inside the mat and 14" by 10 1/2" framed in black wood frame. The condition is very good , not examinated out of the frame.
Biography from net: "The Weiss sisters (Minna and Ray) were identical twins, and they both graduated from the Pratt Institute in New York. During the 1920's and 1930's they studied in Paris with Edouard Leon and traveled throughout Europe sketching the places which became the subjects of their many prints. They exhibited their work widely in the United States and in Paris, and their etchings are in the collections of the British Museum, Biliotheque Nationale in Paris, Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York Public Library, National Museum of American Artists in Washington, D.C., Tweed Museum of Art in Duluth, Minnesota, Block Art Museum at Northwestern University in Chicago"
