The drawing probably dates to the late 19th century or turn of the century; several hounds run towards the viewer's right, evidently chasing some prey. There is no signature. The artist captured the motion very competently. As the drawing is over 100 years old, there are some flaws, including a pinhole in the paper at upper left, some foxing, and a small brown discoloration below the belly of the nearest dog. Inspection of the reverse reveals this is affixed to the mat by old masking tape. Measurements are 8" by 10" and 13" by 15" as framed.
