Patricia Jon's Finest
Classic Blue & Green Plaid Jacket with Superb Cut & Fine Details
$300
Exceptionally Fine Vintage Clothing, Accessories, and Collectibles
Offered for sale is this stunning classic blue and green plaid jacket with a superb cut and exceptionally fine detailing designed by an anonymous designer with great tailoring skills. I believe that perhaps this jacket had been custom-made because the interior had been finished just as impeccably as the exterior had been. It had originally been purchased from a woman who had spent her winters in Boca Raton, Florida. The jacket has no buttons for closure and had been designed to be worn open. It is quite fitted and skims over the waist and hips. The slope of the shoulders is accentuated by the stitching and the entire jacket, including the collar, has been trimmed in black wool. The very capable designer had, no doubt, been inspired by the 1940's silhouette. The jacket would be comparable to a size 4 and is in excellent vintage condition.

Other Information
Returns will be refunded only if the item is returned in the same exact vintage condition in which the buyer had received it, or as had been stated in my description. Items that have been torn with damage to the fabric, holes or stains will not be accepted and monies will not be refunded.
Most of my vintage clothing, especially those pieces from the 1920's have not been professionally dry cleaned. However, whenever I buy my vintage pieces, I try to make sure that they are in very good to excellent condition, without major stains. If they have any other issues, like bead or sequin loss, I usually have the item restored professionally. If there happens to be a flaw or major issue, I will do my best to describe it and also photograph the defect.
