This is a whimsical long sleeved black, Tricot sweater with a red belt and bow done in trompe l'oeil fashion, most likely designed by YSL when he had become head designer at Dior after Dior's death in1958. The label is in tact and reads, "Miss Dior-Made in France." It measures 16" across the bust line, 14.5" across the waist line, and 24.5" from the top of the shoulder to the sweater's hem line. It is in excellent vintage condition and would accommodate a modern day Size Small.
