This is a chic and beautifully designed pull-on "kerchief" dress with a drape by the Italian designer, Angelo Tarlazzi. Tarlazzi had been artistic director for Jean Patou Couture and was also successor to Guy Laroche after he had died. He is considered the most Parisian of the Italian designers.
The champagne-colored knit dress is made of cotton and acrylic, has sloping shoulders with full raglan sleeves and an asymmetrical drape which covers the bodice with no fasteners for closure. The dress is marked a Size 36 and is in excellent vintage condition.
