This is a sleek, simple, and sensuous 1930's midnight navy long evening gown made of fine netting. The gown has an halter neckline with fabric that falls loosely over the bodice., a fitted waist line and hip line, and a flared long skirt embellished with exaggerated gores with pointed ends just above the knee line which give the sleek gown fullness at its hem line. These exaggerated gored skirts were quite fashionable during the 1930's. The gown has a series of snaps on its left side and another series of snaps down the center of its bodice for closure. It is in excellent vintage condition and would be equivalent to a modern day Size 0/2/4.
