He lived and worked in Jacksonville, Florida and was considered to be Jacksonville's Legendary Shoe Guru. He created one-of-a-kind shoes sought after by thousands, including wealthy Jacksonville women and celebrities including Jackie Kennedy, Jane Mansfield, and Joan Crawford. His legacy lives on today in shoe collector's closets, with designers looking for inspiration, and his works are also represented in museums around the world.
