This is a rare, circa 1930's-1940's, gold-tone double brooch with a gold-tone double chain connecting both brooches, each having chatelaine elements. Each brooch measures 1.25" in width and the length of the chain between both brooches measures approximately 6.25". The main brooch and the charm hanging from it measures 3.25" in length. Both the brooch and the charm are accentuated with a black cabochon stone. There are no discernible markings on either of the brooches nor the charm. The piece is in excellent vintage condition and reminiscent of the Art Nouveau style.
