SPECIAL FEATURES: Interior and exterior patterns
Northwood made this bowl in the 7 and 8-inch sizes....but this one is 7 & 1/2 inches in diameter. The smooth, crimped, edge is accentuated by it's highly glossed appearance. The base of the bowl is crimped around the entire circumference, and the very center of the base is marked with Northwood's logo..."N". The base color is a deep, deep rich orange, with fine iridescent amethyst as the overall color. The unpatterned segments are dull satin sheen and are nicely contrasted by the patterns which are highly lusterous. The interior pattern consists of the Star of David surrounded by Bows whereas the outside has a profusely illustrated grape pattern. This is a lovely classic carnival glass bowl that would fit in most collections.
