Offered is this lovely antique compote which was made in 1904. It was manufactured by the Jefferson Glass Company of West Virginia and was referred to as pattern number 211. The bowl pattern was called "Beaded Fans" or "Shell with Dots" depending on the particular advertisement. The upper rim is a heavy opalescent which blends into a crystal clear body. The pattern on the bowl is clear and sharp, and easily distinguished, but is on the rare side. The compote was manufactured in 1904 and it is in excellent condition. This beautiful bowl is 8 and 1/4 inches in diameter and nearly 4 inches tall.
