In 1911, the young Mr. Hall was successful in developing the first leadless glaze. The resulting products that came out of the kiln were strong, non-porous and craze-proof.

The popular Autumn Leaf pattern was Introduced for the Jewel Tea Company in 1933. Dinnerware and kitchen utensils were used as premiums to sell Jewel Tea Products.
