Roselane Pottery was founded in 1938 by William and Georgia Fields. They worked out of their home which was in Pasadena, California. Their first productions were figurines for local Pasadena florist, but by the early '40's their figurines were sold retail. A factory was was built on Main Street in Pasadena and many new products were added. William Fields died in 1973 and the company was sold to Prather Engineering who moved operations to Long Beach before closing the doors in 1977.
