Vintage replacement doll body, 16-1/2" tall, with un-tinted bisque lower arms and painted bisque lower legs.
I would estimate the body to be from the 1940s as it is very similar to the Emma Clear bodies in both structure and quality. It is my belief that the lower legs have been painted over and that under the paint, untinted bisque stocking area would be revealed.
The body is shapely and jointed at shoulders, hips, and knees. It is hard sawdust stuffed.
Measurement across shoulders is 4-1/2" and thickness front to back is about 2-1/2".
No leaks or repairs, a beautiful fine replacement body in excellent condition.
Note: If you need assistance with fitting a head to this body, please email before ordering and I will request several different measurements of the head in your possession. Thank you.
