Circa 1880s china doll shoulder head measures 2-3/4 inches tall.
She has a center parted hairstyle with curls around the face. Her facial features are unusual in that her eyes are right side glancing. She has black lash lines and heart shaped mouth and her cheeks are highly blushed. She has four sew holes.
She has an incised 0 on her back shoulder plate.
Condition: She has a flake on her left front shoulder plate corner with an associated glaze crack about 1 inch long through the sew hole. This is a glaze crack only. In other words, just the glaze layer. The china itself is not cracked and it does not show on the inside.
Shoulders measured on the inside of the plate using a ruler: Across from shoulder to shoulder 2-1/4 inches and front to back 1-3/8 inches.
