Very nice early 22" Italian Wool Felt Lenci Girl in larger size, circa 1930's. Wonderful face with those beautiful brown side glancing eyes. Blonde mohair wig in braids. Painted lashes, really nicely done small stroked eyebrows, two tone lips, chunky face and chin. Doll has the applied ears, zipzag down back of neck, stitching on legs on side(distinct characteristic of Lenci). Wears a pink dress, blue overdress coat with ties, hat and shoes, original socks. Doll is not marked on feet.
Condition: She is in really lovely condition for her age. She has a sturdy wool felt cloth body and head. Body has some minor areas of age soiling. She has a mark on the bottom of her right foot. Area of soiling on her forehead. Hole on back of her neck. Clothing is good, played with condition. Big floppy yellow hat has soiling and the pink around brims of has been restitched. I added a pink bow because I felt she needed it. Her dress and over dress have a few small minor holes. Original shoes each have a hole. Original scalloped socks have age yellowing around top. Her original teddy/onesie has some minor age stains. Her big floppy hat can be adjusted different ways for different looks.

Please Read Additional Terms of SaleI ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Many of my items are located in my bricks and mortar location in the Yellow Garage Antiques in Mullica Hill, NJ. The hours of operation are Wed-Sun 11-5. Closed Monday and Tuesday. Therefore, if a doll is purchased on my Rubylane site on Sunday or Monday and the doll/item is located in my bricks and mortar location I will ship the doll on Thursday of that week. (allowing me pick up of the item on Wednesday).
Layaway is available~~~~
I only accept personal checks , money orders. No refunds on layaway. Please contact me before purchase for length of layaway. I usually allow a 3 month layaway. Sale items cannot be put on layaway.
If you are asking for a discount on an item please ask for the discount before you purchase the item. I try my very best to give discounts but some items I cannot.
If using PayPal for purchases, the item must be paid for within 24hrs or item will be returned to my shop.
If paying with check or money order, I allow 7 days from day of purchase for receipt of payment. No exceptions.
I usually do not ship out of the United States. There are certain items that I make exceptions to. But if you utilize a facility that ships items out of the United States and you are located out of the United States, I will cancel your order. I will not be responsible for items leaving the United States when I have not approved that through my shipping.
