Early German Bing Bear, circa early 1900's
Nice smaller size bear to accompany your dollies! Very nice mohair Bing bear on metal wheels. He has early shoe button eyes. His mohair has become dry so some areas are brittle. His little ears must be handled carefully. He also has a repair on his side. His nose is worn and appears to have been somewhat smooshed. I don't really know how else to describe it, but I have added close-up pictures of the nose for you to view. He rides on his early metal four spoked wheels. His paw pads are in surprisingly good condition. He has been part of my collection for years but it is time for him to move on. He is shown with a doll that is 16 1/2" tall and not part of listing.
He measures 9 1/2" high at his head, 11" from nose to tail. Wheels measure 5 3/8" across front of him and 5 1/2" side.
What is nice is that these bears are not often seen in these smaller sizes.
He is not perfect but is a very early bear in nice condition for his age. He has been loved and worn for sure. Please view all my pictures for description and issues.

Please Read Additional Terms of SaleI ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Many of my items are located in my bricks and mortar location in the Yellow Garage Antiques in Mullica Hill, NJ. The hours of operation are Wed-Sun 11-5. Closed Monday and Tuesday. Therefore, if a doll is purchased on my Rubylane site on Sunday or Monday and the doll/item is located in my bricks and mortar location I will ship the doll on Thursday of that week. (allowing me pick up of the item on Wednesday).
Layaway is available-I only accept personal checks , money orders. No refunds on layaway. Please contact me before purchase for length of layaway. Sale items cannot be put on layaway.
If you are asking for a discount on an item please ask for the discount before you purchase the item. I try my very best to give discounts but some items I cannot.
If using PayPal for purchases, the item must be paid for within 24hrs or item will be returned to my shop.
If paying with check or money order, I allow 7 days from day of purchase for receipt of payment. No exceptions.
I usually do not ship out of the United States. There are certain items that I make exceptions to. But if you utilize a facility that ships items out of the United States and you are located out of the United States, I will cancel your order. I will not be responsible for items leaving the United States when I have not approved that through my shipping.
