What a beautiful Doll! All 31” of her! Dressed in her pink antique dress with peacock feathers on a moire pattern, black velvet cape, fabulous red and black antique bonnet, leather shoes and her parasol. She’s the perfect doll for any collection, especially one focusing on larger German girls. Manufactured by Heinrich Handwerck and Simon and Halbig circa 1900.
She is available for a 6 month layaway of six equal payments.
She has a bisque socket head, feathered and molded light brown brows, dimpled chin, pierced ears, open mouth with four upper teeth and big blue sleep eyes. She wears a beautiful brown mohair wig. Her head is in excellent condition, free of any damage or restorations. Her wood and composition body is in very good condition with original finish and is signed Heinrich Handwerck. She has a few minor issues on her right forearm, a crack and an old repair. She has a crack on her right side and a small hole, which is stable and sturdy. All fingers are very good and she has very detailed little toes with dimpled feet. The top of her leg sockets were repainted by me a few years ago. As pictured and very well done and color matched. She has the usual expected socket wear.
Her outfit is all in very good condition. Her antique dress is a child’s dress. She wears a child’s fabulous antique bonnet that frames her beautiful face so well. Her high button leather shoes are handmade. She wears her little vintage bell pin on her cape.
She is an absolutely beautiful girl!!
