We are pleased to be offering today this very unusual raised panel Victorian age oak partners flat top desk that dates from the 1890s to 1900s. It has four drawers on each column on one side and four drawers on each column on the other side. It has raised panels on the banks, dove tail drawers, tiger sawn solid oak top and is in original condition. This desk would be beautiful stripped and refinished, but we would sell it for $2250 then. We can discuss refinishing at the time of the sale if the buyer so desires. The overall size is 60 inches wide, 48 inches deep and 31 inches high. In between the two columns is 30 inches wide and 25 inches high for an office chair. The drawers are all dove tail. The desk had the two middle drawers missing, but we have fabricated new ones. Above the drawers are pull out writing slides. It has a bracket foot base, bevel edge ogee solid oak top and it is in pretty nice condition. The desk has minor nicks and dings and a couple of stains on the top. Shipping starts at $365 for a driveway delivery in our normal area which is New England.
